Good place to stay and good food . Support staff really great . would like to recommend it to others for their stay in Darjeeling . Location is great . Always look for the Road side rooms for better view . Only drawback room should include Room Heater in Winter .

Awesome Rooms & food quality . Management also good. WiFi facilities should increase. The comfortable Bhum Sang Hotel accommodates guests in a busy area of Darjeeling. The venue is 3 km away from Barbotey Rock Garden. The property lies within 1 km from the city center. Guests can reach Bhum Sang Hotel by car from Bagdogra airport in 50 minutes.

Our travel operator booked this hotel for us. Their deluxe room is having old carpet with accumulated dust. bathroom tiles and accessories and fittings are dirty. i will not recommend any one this hotel. hotel need to upgrade on many fronts. they need to modernize their rooms and keep the property clean and understand the importance of cleanliness for visitors. only +ve is food is good here and it is near mall road

Hotel Bhumsang is one of the worst place I have ever been to in my life. Rooms are dirty, bathrooms are horrible, linens are not clean, service is pathetic, no parking, rude staff, food is TASTELESS etc. They don't have even basic sense of how to accommodate a big family. We visited the place with our Dad, who is 80 years old and they accommodated a cardio patient in 3rd floor of a building which has stiff stairs and doesn't have any lift.Service is so pathetic that even for a bottle of water we had to wait for hours sometime. I would suggest people to avoid this hotel
